Shannon

Shannon is a well known local girl who greets all of our customers with enthusiasm and a professional manner. She handles all general and holiday enquiries with the utmost care and enjoys helping our holiday guests, ensuring they are placed in the most suitable accommodation for there stay here in Lennox Head. Shannon is very thorough with all of her duties and is guaranteed to follow them through. She is an asset to the Professionals Team and has quickly taken to her new role and is always seeking to educate and better herself in her position.
After travelling overseas and spending some time living in the UK she is more than happy to be back in Lennox Head, a place she will always call home.
Joelene

Joelene brings our customers a friendly can-do positive attitude with a practical common sense approach to handling all general enquires & holiday rentals. She has a real interest in learning all areas of the Real Estate Industry to help further her experience & knowledge in managing her own property investments.
Joelene has lived in Lennox Head for the last decade and recently made a change from working in Byron Bay to here in our Lennox Head office. She has observed the rapid growth of the town & enjoys all that it has to offer, recently moving into a new home that she & her fiancé built and looks forward to many more years living & working in this beautiful town.

Amanda keeps our front office running smoothly. Highly organised and multi- skilled, Amanda handles all general enquiries and holiday rentals. Amanda is interested in all aspects of the Real Estate industry and enjoys developing her skills and knowledge in Property Management.
Amanda has lived her entire life in Lennox Head, so there is not alot she doesn’t know about the area. After travelling to many coastal areas for competitive surfing, Amanda is happy to be home and says there’s no where else she would rather live. In her spare time Amanda enjoys designing, being in the ocean and dancing.

Katie brings to the office immense enthusiasm for all aspects of the real estate industry and a flair for organization and attention to detail.
Katie has been involved in all aspects of the business including sales process, trust accounting, staff development, implementing systems and more recently began overseeing the property management department.
With over eight years experience in the real estate industry Katie is very competent with all facets of the business and you can be sure that she will handle all matters with confidence, a friendly manner and professionalism.

Sam Tancred our third generation Managing Director, heads our dynamic systems based team. As Sales Manager, Sam is constantly striving to provide a better Real Estate experience in all facets of our business, and is leading our team into the future.
Sam has a great attitude to life and is a highly motivated individual. His approach to our business is much the same. Sam achieves fantastic results for his clients time and time again, always going that extra mile to insure the process of buying and selling your home is less stressful.
Having lived most of his life in Lennox Head, he has a wealth of knowledge of the area. Definitely the outdoor type, Sam loves fishing, surfing and relaxing on Lennox Heads beautiful beaches.

Steve grew up on the north coast spending much of his life living at Lennox Head. With a background in media having published websites and magazines for corporate clients and consumer lifestyle magazines in Europe, he has strong communication skills and marketing knowledge that will help promote your property.

Trish has overseen the Lennox Head Professionals for over 25 years. The key to Trish's success has been the attention she pays to her clients and the ability to build a vibrant energetic sales team.
Over the years Trish has involved herself in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry. Due to our rapid growth within the last twelve months, Trish has assumed the responsibility of Accounts Administrator. This role involves the nurturing of financial matters both in-house and for our clients.
Trish has lived in Lennox Head for 26 years and enjoys relaxing with an old movie and a glass of chardonnay.
